The invisible doorway
Yes… the doorway indeed…
the invisible one, leading to unknown fields…
Like my dog disappearing before me…
and reappearing behind me,
as if he had stepped into it…
Animals use it.

to enter what never left
1. Sit in stillness.
Not to silence the world, but to become porous to it.
Let your spine rise like a column in a temple.
Let gravity hold you.
2. Breathe in patterns.
Try: Inhale for 5, exhale for 8.
Let the exhale melt your edges.
You are not a boundary. You are a field.
3. Feel for the hum.
It may come as warmth, tingling, a sense of depth, or a memory without image.
If it doesn’t come, trust that you came to it.
4. Whisper the alignment (silently or aloud):
I open to the frequency of wholeness.
I remember the intelligence behind all form.
I enter the doorway of now.
5. Stay as long as it welcomes you.
No expectation. No goal.
Just resonance.
Do this not to achieve, but to rejoin.
You’re not stepping into something new.
